It's always risky to plan an engagement session in March, but Heather and Adam wanted some outdoor shots.  We lucked out and caught some unseasonably nice weather, and what was supposed to be a quick session turned into almost two hours of shooting ending with drinks.  They. Were. Fantastic.  Perfect models and darn cute together.

When I first met Amanda & Dave, I was struck by two things:  they are very down-to-earth and their marriage was more important than the pomp and circumstance of a wedding.  And I very distinctly remember them saying that don't need a lot of photos.  Yet I recognized that they are a cute couple, and with a little persuading, they gave me extra time and freedom to create interesting photos on their wedding day.  They are a fun, energetic and warm couple, and their wedding and reception was heart-felt and welcoming... just like them.
